After successful launch of the second World of Coffee Asia in Jakarta,

we are excited to inform you that the next destination for World of Coffee Asia will be Bangkok, Thailand, in May 2026.

It is expected that many coffee lovers and industry professionals around the world will visit, since Bangkok is one of the hub for coffee consumption, culture, and business in Southeast Asia and beyond!

Here we attach the event flyer and exhibitor application forms for more information.

Please refer to the general application procedure below and submit a signed form for registration.

The floor plan has not been finalized yet, and it will be shared once the booth layout is confirmed.

B. Date : May 7th (Thu) - May 9th (Sat) 2025, 3 days

C. Location : Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) Bangkok, Thailand

D. Application :

1) Download and complete the attached application form according to your plan - Regular Booth / Roaster Village

2) Send a signed or stamped copy to the official email (info@worldofcoffee.asia)

** If you are a member of SCA, please present the membership status - screenshot of membership details. (individual membership is not applicable)

** The application without sign/stamp will not be considered.

3) Invoice for payment will be issued upon confirmation of the application

4) Proceed with the booth payment
