Anyone with a badge on the day of World of Coffee Bangkok can participate in the public cupping.

Sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.

Hosting a Session

Cupping Room sessions are hosted by participating companies and organizations as part of World of Coffee Bangkok.
Both exhibitors and non-exhibitors are welcome to apply.
Each session provides an opportunity to showcase coffees, share origin stories, present projects, and engage directly with industry professionals in a focused tasting environment.

* Sessions may be held as Public or Private, depending on the host’s preference.

* Public Sessions are open to show attendees, while private sessions are invitation-only and managed directly by the host.

* Each company may host up to maximum 2 sessions.

* Hosts are responsible for session content, presentation, and audience engagement.

* World of Coffee Bangkok provides basic setup support and equipment.

Rental Fee

Fees are charged per session and vary depending on exhibitor status.

* Exhibitor rates apply only to confirmed exhibitors of World of Coffee Bangkok.

* The 2 hours session duration includes setup and teardown time.

* Hosts are required to complete all activities, including cleanup, within the reserved session time.

What’s Included

World of Coffee Bangkok provides a basic cupping setup for each session, including
- Cupping bowls and spoons
- Filter Grinders
- Hot water towers
- Scale
- Paper cups and paper towels
- Laptop, projector, screen
- Basic sound system (microphone and speaker)

* Please note: The final equipment list may be subjected to change. Hosts will be informed in advance of the event.

How to Apply

To host a session in the Cupping Rooms, please follow the steps below
1. Review the session schedule and available time slots
2. Submit the Cupping Room application form
3. Receive invoice and complete payment
4. Session confirmation will be sent by the organizer

* Please note: Submitting the application form does not guarantee a reservation for the selected time slot. Session availability is updated in real time and is subject to confirmation by the organizer.

Sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
Payment must be completed within 14 days of invoice issuance.
Full refunds are available until April 7, 2026.
No refunds will be issued after April 8, 2026.
Hosts are responsible for session content and audience management.
The organizer reserves the right to adjust schedules if necessary.
